I’m experiencing an issue where my custom fields are missing from the CSV export. Could you please investigate why these fields aren’t appearing and provide a fix as soon as possible? Thank you.
We’ve just tested this on our end and everything seems to be working correctly. We haven’t received any reports about missing fields from our other clients either, so it’s a bit of a mystery!
Would you please let us know exactly what kind of data or custom fields you are trying to export? If you could share a screenshot of your setup and the resulting CSV, it would be very helpful for us to track down what’s going wrong.
