if yes, can you please define a Default Role and set Allow non-student to yes

I am connected to your server and I have the appropriate role.
do you have debug mode enabled in wp-config file?
If so, open it and see if you have any errors.
You can delete the test page.

The error: Invalid Form Body comes from the lack of user discord id, it can come from discord .
anyway, you can open an issue in the github repository of the add-on :
