    Hello,

    at first thanks for great plug-in. it’s very useful and mighty.
    but i’ve just run into some weird situation.

    i configured to show WBS based shipping based on weight and subtotal.
    1-5 kg – X€; subtotal 90)
    5-10 kg – X€; subtotal 90)
    i use subtotal 90, because after order total hits 90€, it’s free to ship.
    so eventually i have an another FREESHIPPING rule:
    any weight; order subtotal [90 – ∞), price free.

    it works perfectly, until a discount code is applied.

    then i have a following situations:
    – if the option [after discount applied] @ FREESHIPPING rule is unchecked – it works and this WBS shipping is shown, but it doesn’t take discount into calculation, so even if the order total is 70€ after discount code is entered – it still shows the free shipping instead of showing rules which are weight based.
    – if i check that [after discount applied] option, then WBS method is shown at all.

    why it is so? any solution?

    Hello,

    You might get no shipping options for the case described if the ‘after discount applied’ option is not enabled for non-free shipping rules. Could you check if that’s the case?

    If not, could you attach a screenshot of your shipping rules?

    Yes, that was the case. Didn’t knew that option need to be enabled to non-free rules as well. But it’s logical. Thanks a lot for explanation.
