Issue with Donation Plugin – Labels Overwritten

Hello! We’re trying to use your plugin on a site that we’re currently building — stonespringfield.org. However, it looks like we need to upgrade the plugin to a premium version in order to change/update the labels from the dashboard. We’re currently using version 4.0.17 (I didn’t see that option in the dropdown).

Can you provide me with some guidance on what we should do so that we can easily make changes to the labels without having to custom code new labels? We can add code to the original plugin, but we believe it will be overwritten with plugin upgrade.
