issue with double opt-in

the first part works ok — there is an option to select a page to redirect a new subscriber to while waiting for them to confirm

the second part does not — there is no option to select a page to acknowledge or thank the new subscriber for joining — there is only an “after confirmation message” that gets displayed

please include the option to select a page to redirect a new subscriber to after they click on the subscribe link/button
