    Hi,

I juste updated from version 4.1.7 to version 5.1. The backup on the server works correctly, but not on Dropbox. I first noticed the issue on a production website. I use App authentication, in the backup settings everything seems alright. But when I manually run the backup, nothing is saved to the Dropbox folder. From what I see in the logs, it doesn’t even try to connect to my Dropbox account.

I tried it out on a test website, with WP 6.8 and no plugin installed except for BackWPup, and the same problem occurs. Here are the logs:

    Hi,

Thank you for your answer ! I deleted and reinstalled the plugin today after the release of version 5.2, and now it seems to work (it wasn’t the case after updating though, I had to reinstall the plugin completely and create a new backup).

I will run a few more tests on other websites, and will contact you if needed.
