Hi. There is an issue with Elementor forms since Elementor 3.31.0. Turnstile is loading only if you access directly on the page with Elementor Form or if you click on this page directly from home page (for example with a “Contact” menu item). But if you navigate on the website, Turnstile is not loading anymore and it’s impossible to send form. It occurs on all websites I manage using Elementor and your plugin to use Turnstile. No matter of server settings or used plugins (including cache plugins — activated or not — or cookies setting plugins). Of course, I also tried to disable “Defer Scripts” setting.

    Best regards

    Hi,

It seems this may be related to certain performance/caching plugins.

Please could you try updating to version 1.33.0 which was just released, and give it another try?

    Hi Eliott,

Unfortunately, I still have issue… FYI, I deactivated cache plugin.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

If you have Elementor element caching enabled, please try disabling this in the Elementor settings, or on the individual form element.

    Hi Elliot,

Thank you for the answer. It’s mainly working, excepted on a very particular page with different contact form on toggle button. But it’s a very specific use and you gave me ideas to go further (or to replace toggle button with something else 😉 ).

    Best regards
