Issue with elementor plugin update

    Hello everyone,

    I’m currently experiencing an issue with updating the Elementor plugin. Whenever I try to update from version 3.24.7, I encounter a problem where the homepage of my website and all other pages just show a blank white screen. This happens after updating to any version beyond 3.24.7, including versions 3.28.0, 3.28.1, and all the versions in between.

    To resolve the issue, I have to restore one of my backup versions, but the problem persists after each update. Has anyone else faced this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it?

    I’d appreciate any help or guidance!

    On plugin’s page, on WordPress, it’s suggested, that one of my plugins may not be compatible with the new version of Elementor, but I have no idea how to determine which one.

    The message is the following:

    Hi Lena,

    Same problem. All my plugins are updated but is Elementor who crashes my website. If there is any plugin which is not compatible with Elementor, you should deactivate all plugins and active them one by one in order to find which one is making the mess.
    I did it. I just activated Elementor and it just show a blank white screen. So the problem comes from Elementor update, unfortunately.

    I don’t know what to do. Without Elementor website is just ugly. I’m desperate 😵‍💫😫. I will restore an ancient website version by the moment without updating Elementor but I’m afraid I will have to look for a new website builder 🫣.

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you for your query? Were you able to get this working for you?

    Could you please enable the Feature “Container” under Elementor > Settings > Features > Container and see if the content of your site shows up now?
