When using built-in elementor forms on the same page with archive posts onm that are styled with ele custom skin all forms don’t work.

    Keep getting errors:
There’s something wrong. The form is invalid.
There’s something wrong. The form is invalid.

Disabling the plugin, the forms work.

Any idea why? Some sort of conflict?

  • Same problem here. The conclusion that I came is that when updating the ele-custom-skin to the latest version, the “Entire website” option on loop’s display conditions isn’t there. Downgrading to 1.4.0 works like a charm.

The problem is the post_id sent through POST to ajax_send_form() function in wp-content/plugins/elementor-pro/modules/forms/classes/ajax-handler.php isn’t the post_id of page, archive, etc. The post_id sent is the post_id’s loop.

@brunomarsilio I only noticed it last week as I changed ESP and started using Elementors built-in forms.

Thanks for the advice, rolling back to an older version fixed the issue 👍
