    Hello ElementsKit Team,

I’m encountering an issue with the ElementsKit Mega Menu when using Elementor tabs. The menu works fine on the homepage, but on inner pages, it often breaks or doesn’t display correctly. Occasionally, it also breaks on the homepage, while working fine on other specific pages.

Currently, I’m resolving the issue temporarily by going to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data, but this is not a permanent solution. Every time the issue occurs, I have to repeat this step.

Could you please suggest a more permanent solution to fix this issue?

I am attaching a screenshot of the homepage and inner pages for reference.

    Inner Page: https://prnt.sc/pmxy7mhzD5FE

I look forward to your assistance.

    Thank you,
    Emon

  • Hi @emon4u,

    Greetings! Thanks for contacting us.

In most cases it happens due to cache. Cache plugins often minify CSS and JS files from other plugins as part of their optimization process, that’s why it can’t function properly until you regenerate the CSS & Data. However, this minification can sometimes cause conflicts, preventing the plugin’s files from running smoothly and affecting its overall performance. It’s not an issue of ElementsKit, it belongs to the cache plugin you’re using.

To resolve the matter, you can exclude the following URL of the ElementsKit to avoid optimization from your Cache plugin:

    Exclude from CSS:

    “/wp-content/plugins/elementskit-lite/modules/elementskit-icon-pack/assets/css/ekiticons.css”
    “/wp-content/plugins/elementskit-lite/widgets/init/assets/css/widget-styles.css”

    Exclude from JS:

    “wp-content/plugins/elementskit-lite/widgets/init/assets/js/widget-scripts.js”
    “wp-content/plugins/elementskit-lite/widgets/init/assets/js/elementor.js”

    Best Regards,
    Arif

    Hi @faithcoder,

    Thanks for your detailed explanation.

Currently, I am not using any cache plugins, but I am still facing the issue. Could you kindly suggest any further steps or checks that could help resolve the problem?

    Looking forward to your guidance.

    Best regards,
    Emon

    Hi @emon4u

You may try this, Go to Elementor -> Settings -> Features -> Element Caching and enable it.

If issue still exist you may share your System Info(do not share sensetive info like your admin email, site url), Elementor -> System Info -> Download System Info Then manually only share following info:

    PHP version
    WordPress version
    Activated Plugins
    Activated Themes
    Server environment details

    Thanks
