Both the places, that particular form field is not being rendered at all.

Would you please retry by following these below steps.
– Navigate to your existing page where you have inserted the WPUF Post form shortcode ([wpuf_form id="107"]) then tag the associated form on the WPUF Form meta_box.
– Once done, save/update the page.
Now visit the page from the frontend. If you have any caching plugin installed, then clear your site, browser caches.
