Issue with Gravity form’s Image upload plugin

Hello there,

I am using this sticky list plugin which is being used to edit the entries of gravity forms. I have this plugin fully worked but had two issues for me.

1. In my form there are 4 attachment fields. I originally uploaded to one but when I edit and upload all the attachments, I can not get those attachments. I get page not found error. I think this is a big issue. Can you tell me how can I resolve this ?

2. When getting new id after the editing, I am using gravity forms signature plugin, But when a new entry id is given no signature exist on the entry. I am using gravity form’s signature plugin for that.

Edit link will be : agency.symmetryonboarding.com/edit
(field id 4 you will enter will be used for editing [ssn numbers] )

Please let me know any solutions regarding this issue.
