issue with iThemes Security plugin

We have notice when we update iThemes Security plugin

Tried deactivate and reinstall plugin and re installed wordpress … etc but still we have this message. would you please tell me how to solve this issue?

Cannot run iThemes Security. Error encountered during setup. Please try deactivating and reactivating iThemes Security. Contact support if the error persists.
