Issue with JetPack subscriptions

    Jetpack subscriptions isn’t working properly for me. First of all, in the widget and in my dashboard, the subscriber count isn’t updating. I’m also having issues with the frequency of the emails sent out – subscribers aren’t getting immediate emails like they should.

    One person subscribed via email, but they didn’t appear in my dashboard subscriber list, nor was the count updated on the widget. When someone subscribed through WordPress, though, they appeared in my list but the count still was not updated.

    That seemed to be a cache issue. I cleared our cache, and we should now be all set!

    I’m also having issues with the frequency of the emails sent out – subscribers aren’t getting immediate emails like they should.

    Could you contact us via this contact form, and give us a few examples of the delays for specific email addresses? We will then be able to check our email logs to find out more about what happened.
