Issue with Lifterlms login

I’ve created a course, I’m having major issues with the login page. The course page and membership page, when you click on the course it goes to purchase form, once completed. I attempt to login on the membership page it loops back to the login page or the purchase form. I’ve check the users and the user are registered, but am unable to login into the course to get started. I’ve checked with my hosting provider for the following: server has database or object caching enabled. They have indicated that they don’t caching enabled on any of their shared servers. Furthermore, I’ve uninstalled Lifterlms and reinstalled, but this didn’t help. Is someone able to help?

This could be a caching issue or you could have two or more of the LifterLMS Required Pages configured to be the *same* page (https://lifterlms.com/docs/lifterlms-required-pages/)

It could be a setting misconfigured with regards to your payment gateways… It looks like you have PayPal installed which means you should have access to premium ticketing support.

I’d like to take a look at your system report to see what’s really going on here. If you’re not comfortable posting it here please submit a support ticket at https://lifterlms.com/my-account/my-tickets and include the system report there

Thanks thomasplevy for the information. It appears there’s a caching issue with my provider, I’ve changed my provider and rebuild my course and it appears to be working fine
