Issue with LiteSpeed Cache Plugin Blocking Theme Options
-
Hi,
I am experiencing an issue on my site. When the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is active, I am unable to access the theme options, as shown here: Screenshot.
We are using the Azeno theme along with the latest version of the LiteSpeed Cache plugin (which is currently deactivated to keep the site functioning correctly) and WooCommerce.
Could you please help us identify the cause and provide a solution?
We look forward to your response.
Best regards,

@mvgalindez
Please enable debug( https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/ ) and see what is the error.
After you see the error, share it and I can help you.The support team for the Azeno theme has informed us that this issue is caused by an SSL error originating from your plugin.
Could you please review this and provide guidance on how to resolve it? Currently, we have LiteSpeed Cache deactivated to keep the site functioning correctly.
I have enabled debugging as requested, and here are the errors found:
[07-Feb-2025 15:53:44 UTC] Error de evento de reprogramación de cron para el gancho: litespeed_task_lqip.
Código de error: invalid_schedule.
Mensaje de error: El evento programado no existe.

Please be more specifica about the SSL error: which ssl is the problem?
We do not have a SSL certificate provided in plugin.
Also, please provide the whole error message. Thank you

Hello @litetim,
It’s a shame that after two days of sending emails without a reply, you are now asking us to submit another ticket on a public forum.
We’ve wasted valuable time on bureaucratic procedures instead of simply getting the help we need. It makes no sense.
It would be much easier if you just replied to the email at the address you previously requested. That’s it.
Please delete the ticket from the public forum. We were supposed to have a private conversation, as originally requested via email.
@djwilko12
I am aware the time wasted. But let’s see the situation from outside:
– I asked for the PHP error OR the error that is generated when LSC is ON. You were not able to provide me
– I asked you what do you mean by “SSL error originating from your plugin”. Again, no exact answer.
– from PHP errors you sent me I saw only a know error that is not linked to SSL.
– lastly I was quick to answer/help you both.So instead of asking for info I asked you to create a ticket that will help debug the error faster.
It’s your decision from now on how we can go further on debugging the issuem I am here to help you 🙂We sent you two emails to the address you provided. It’s not that hard to check your email and give us a hand. We might not be able to provide all the technical details you need, but we have given you admin access so you can take a look and check the issues arising from your plugin activation. If you have no intention of helping or responding, it’s better not to do so. However, there’s no point in making us waste time by requesting more actions and delaying the situation.
I cannot answer you from that email because I do not have access to it and by sending email there a ticket will be created in our platform from where I can answer you.
We are sorry for the tehnical problems we face. After you said is not working, myself tested the system with my personal email and the ticket was registered but no confirmation email.
Please provide me the email(please share it coded, do not use plain email format) used for ticket registration, I might be able to find it after that. -
