After turning off all my plugins, I found that ManageWP does not properly connect to any website with your plugin installed and activated. Managewp is able to install the ManageWP Worker plugin but for some reason does not recognize the correct version of the plugin. Would you be able to assist in resolving this issue? Thanks!

I’ve not used ManageWP yet I will have a look over the next few days or so. when you say “correct version of the plugin” is it just part of ManageWP thats not functioning and give me page/url details of wherer the plugin version should be seen. Thanks.

    Hi martijeanp,

I had a look at ManageWP but since it requires an account set up on their servers, do you have a little more information? it a little hard to understand what exactly isn’t working.

    Hi Justin!

I am representing ManageWP. You can contact my colleague Davor who is the Head of support team on his mail davor.altman at managewp dot com and work with him on a solution.

    Thanks

    martijeanp,

I’ve made a correction to the default settings which I think were the issue with the ManageWP syncing. To fix you can update to version 1.3.1.3, then if you have only activated the Role Based Help Notes plugin and not saved any settings then just save the enabled roles on the settings “Role” tab to flush out the incorrect default.
