Issue with manually deleting notifications

    If I recall right, we did not set it up to automatically mark those as read, when using the BP notification system setting. We would need to consider if we want to try and do that, or just leave it at this default behavior. I believe this, as is,matches up with how BuddyPress in general tends to do notifications in the first place.

    Is that kind of what you were hoping for/expecting? Auto removal after approving?

    Exactly! When BP sends me a notification message or I’ve got mail and I read the mail, the notification message disappears automatically.

    Looking over our list of open enhancements/issues, we do have this listed already, or at least one very close to it:

    Haven’t been able to circle back around to it as a whole yet, but I have it marked as a feature for version 4.4.0 when we get to it.
