issue with my webiste

i got many apps to fix it but this is not the issue to get other apps im tried of apps anymore i was installing my theme which i pay for that theme some option was lock and i try to unlock and setup by my self my fav thats y i pay during installtion block me i request once agin to ulock otherwise plz let me finish with website
