From what I can see, this is the default behavior of the DataTables JS library. When the “Next” button is clicked, it will simply exchange the set of rows (in your case 100 rows) to the next set. It will not scroll on the page at all. However, when the height of the next 100 rows is different to the current set of rows, you will observe jumping on the page.
My suggestion for your table would be to set a different number of rows per page, like 10 or so.
