Issue with nirvana theme

    Hi, I think the latest version of the plugin conflicts with the Cryout Nirvana theme. When active (and with everything loading on the pages) the menu bar in mobile view doesn’t work. I deactivate the plugin and it works fine.

    Its working ok on other sites with older versions of the plugin, just not the latest.

    @ac1643 If you’re comfortable sharing the URL to your website, I’ll take a look! Sometimes, the answer is in the browser’s console (right-click, Inspect, Console)

    Do you use any caching plugins or services such as Cloudflare?

    Update: I’ve tested the plugin with Nirvana theme (by Cryout Creations) and everything works fine, including the mobile view! Perhaps you have unloaded specific CSS/JS that shouldn’t have been unloaded or there is a conflict when using minify/combine CSS/JS (if you use the feature)? Can you let me know (roughly) what settings do you use in Asset CleanUp (e.g. minify, combine)?

    Hi Gabe, I tried it with everything loading and it had the same problem. I haven’t had time to check for plugin conflicts, I’ll do that this week and see if I can figure it out. Something seems to have changed though because version 1.3.2.7 was working fine. I’m using the Litespeed cache plugin.

    To answer your last questions, I don’t use minify and combine, just removing some header meta data in the setup area and unloading plugins on pages where they are not required.

    @ac1643 have you tried using https://[your-website-domain-here]?wpacu_no_load (which will load the page as if Asset CleanUp is disabled)? I’m surprised it would just stop working. What about the browser’s console? Do you have any errors there related to perhaps a JavaScript file? I’m sure it’s an easy fix (as usually) once the culprit is found 😉
