    Hi

I had the plugin Payment Gateway for PayPal on WooCommerce installed and working in a previous website. We changed the website theme and all the plugins were transferred (not reinstalled, but transferred) from the old website to the new one. Now, the paypal and credit card options are not working like they were in the old website, the buttons from Apple Pay and GPay are not displaying in the Checkout page. Everything looks fine inside Paypal including the activation of credit cards.

I uninstalled the plugin in the old website, this did not fix the issue.

    Any advice is welcome.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

I checked your website and found that the issue is caused by an incorrect Client ID configuration. You’ll need to reconnect your PayPal account by following these steps:

WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → PayPal Gateway by Easy Payment → Manage → PayPal Connection

Click “Disconnect PayPal Account”, then click “Click to Connect PayPal” to reconnect your PayPal account properly.

This should resolve the issue and restore the PayPal and credit card options, including Apple Pay and Google Pay on the checkout page.

Additionally, for Apple Pay, if you have changed the domain, you must remove the old domain and add the new domain inside your PayPal account:

    For Sandbox:
    https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/uccservicing/apm/applepay

    For Live:
    https://www.paypal.com/uccservicing/apm/applepay

If the correct domain is not added and verified in PayPal, Apple Pay will not appear on the checkout page.

    Best regards

Thank you. I did as you instructed and the payments wit PayPal and Credit Card are available at the Checkout Page. However, the buttons Paypal and 4x Paypal are black while I need them white. Is this possible?

    Hello,

    Yes, this is absolutely possible.

To change the PayPal button color to white, please follow these steps:

WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → PayPal Gateway by Easy Payment → Manage → PayPal Settings → Checkout Page → Button Color

Then simply select White from the dropdown and save the settings.

After saving, please clear your website cache (and any server/CDN cache if applicable) and refresh the checkout page.

The PayPal and Pay Later (4x PayPal) buttons should now appear in white.

    Best regards
