Issue with plugin filter and ajax

Hi Jeff,

Fantastic plugin, really helps me when optimizing sites.

I’m having an issue regarding some custom functionality and this plugin. I’ve written a survey plugin which submits results via an ajax call and returns a results page, which is run through do_shortcode on the way out. After activating, the ajax call simply returns 0 rather than the desired result.

Also worth noting, I do have a custom filter set for the admin area (example.com/wp-admin). Perhaps this is the culprit?
