    I also just checked server error logs and everything is fine.

    @jcastro91,

    Please double check you have not activated both DHL and WooCommerce plugins in network level.

    If the issue persists, please drop a mail to [email protected].

    That worked! I believe the issue was that Woocommerce was also activated at network level.Thanks for the help.

    Another quick question: where do I find the site id & site password? inside my DHL account page?

    Nice to know your activation issue is resolved.

    Regarding the DHL credentials, You may need to contact DHL account manager.

    The account manager must request integration with WooForce via DHL Presales Department.
