Issue with plugin "Scroll back to top"

I am using Make theme for quiet a while now and experiencing some problems working together with Scroll back to top plugin. Because has no “back to top”feature I installed this popular plugin.

Symptoms:
The facebook icon disappeared in the social menu. It was just the icon, the link itself was there and clickable.

I found similar thread to this issue but not with that plugin as cause. There might be a conflict with the Awesome fonts.

Solution:
Don’t use this plugin. Uninstall it and choose another. I am now using “Smooth scroll up” without a problem.
