Since version 5.0.9 there is an issue with Polylang.

Tested in a fresh WP install, default theme, only Polylang and SG Optimizer activated. I’ve tried it with the admin role with dynamic cache and active memcached and…

    1. Create a post in Lang 1.
    2. Once the post is published, click on the + to add the translation in Lang 2.
    3. Enter the corresponding data in this 2nd lang.
    4. Click on publish

Once you do that, the content disappears in Edition of this 2nd lang (!!???), and it looks like the article is in draft, not published.

If you access the front without being logged in wordpress, the two articles appear as published.

After that, in admintration, If I purge cache and return to all entries, both appear as published.

Please, keep Memcached disabled. Polylang does not work well with it same as other multilingual plugins.

I would recommend that you contact Polylang developers in order to receive additional assistance.

OK, I’ll follow your recommendation and I’ll contact Polylang.

But, excuse me if I ask you too:

Until the version 5.0.8 of SG Optimize there were no problems .. on your part, you are not going to do anything about this issue for future updates?

Prior 5.0.8 we were using the Redux memcached dropin which caused way too many problems and was too aggressive so we switched back.
