Issue with Pro purchase

Good Evening! I purchased the Pro version (10 license) about 2 hours ago (around 10:45 PM CST) and am unable to activate or use it. Details:
- The order loop appeared to hang on the thank you message popup.
- It displayed the following Order Details after “Thank you for your order!” and “email confirmation has been sent” text: Total, Payment method, Order ID, License Key, and Download fields and values were displayed followed by and large View Order button.
- The View Order button was inactive or unresponsive. Same for the rest of Order Details on the popup – no active links displayed.
- I never recieved the confirmation email, but my CC was charged, the user account was created on the Pro site, and I can login successfully.
- When I login to the pro site, I see this screen and when I click on the card for the plugin, I see this screen. When I click the manage button on the license card, I see this screen.
- The download link in the bottom right of the Manage License screen does not trigger a download, but rather an error message from this location.
- It’s entirely possible I’m missing something, but I don’t see any obvious way to retrieve a Pro download or to activate it with my license key.
