Ok so I checked with my hosting company and its not that either where I am having the 14.6 sec load times at seem to be on the ones that have 8 or more images is there a way to lazyload them so it doesn’t load all the images at onces?

The property loads fast here as well. BTW, please note to the following points for improving speed of your website.
1- Optimize the images before uploading or use WPL optimizer addon.
2- Install a cache plugin on your website and configure it correctly.
3- Remove unnecessary plugins and themes from your website.
