Issue with Really Simple CAPTCHA

If I use Cache Enabler and Really Simple CAPTCHA in a Contact Form 7 on the homepage, the captcha is not visible anymore (broken). This issue only happens on the homepage and if I disable Cache Enabler, the issue is gone.
