    Hi, I recently set up the Appointments+ plugin on a new WordPress site and have been experiencing issues with the email notifications for appointments. So far I have tested it with two people and for some reason one of them did not receive a confirmation email while the other did not receive a notification email. This is strange because in the plugin settings it shows that the email notification features are active. Does anyone know why this might be happening and/or possible solutions to fix it?

    Hey @gurleen1,

    Hope you’re well.

    First, can you check Appointments > Settings > General > Accessibility > Auto confirm setting?

    The confirmation email only goes when you confirm the appointment. If the Auto confirm not activated you can activate appointments manually like; Appointments > Pending > See Details and Edit > Status.
