Issue with refund processing

I am a developer at a company using your payment gateway plugin. We recently received a report from a client stating that a refund was processed with an incorrect amount.
The original order value was 9.90, but the refunded amount sent was only 0.99.
After performing some tests, we noticed that the plugin takes the value from WooCommerce (which is already treated/formatted) and divides it by 100. This results in a float value of 0.99. Could you clarify if there is a specific reason for this behavior, or if this is an unintended issue?
