Issue with reporting/commission error

client had an affiliate sale which was for a total of $11.77. When we look at the affiliate report for this affilate and this is the only sale to date through the affiliate program that is not a direct sale, it shows a commission amount due of 78.75, which is impossible. The second issue is that the direct sale report shows a total of $29,296 in the dashboard, however the affiliates and referral page in your plug in shows a different number, plus woocommerce showing the actual sales of 15,019.

Please advise on both of these issues ASAP.
