I have added the theme search with ajax lite box and when I added search box to my home page the search box is empty and unable to type anything.

Hi,

It’s because the search is added into a code/pre block: https://i.imgur.com/du0Rvvm.png

Make sure to use a different builder/widget element, that supports shortcodes or HTML, and that the search shortcode not wrapped within code/pre tags. That will resolve the problem.
