Issue with searching

Hello, I am setting up an advanced search and not getting the functionality I need.

When I click on two of the Searchable Property Fields I created it searches for properties that have both of those attributes. I need it to display all the properties that have either of the attributes that I have clicked on.

Use Manhattan and Brooklyn. When I click on both of those items I want to search for all listings in Manhattan and Brooklyn, not listings that have both of those as attributes. That will not be the case.
