    When you say “cannot signup to the WP website” do you mean they can’t register for an user account on your site?

    Do you have our checkbox integration on the core WordPress account form?

    Having similar problem: Using Yikes MailChimp form.

    Connected API key, etc.
    Form gives confirmation, but no email is sent to subscriber.
    Conversion rate was shown initially, but then went back to zero.
    No subscribers are added to mailing lists.

    Hi @palmstone,

    Are you testing with an email address that has never been subscribed to your list before? There are known issues when trying to test with a previously subscribed email address.

    If you can provide a link to your form I can give it a test.
