    Hello, we tried to get an email through Post SMTP plugin but got an error message, could you help us understand what is wrong?

    @meditor Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    Can you please upload a clear screenshot? the current screenshot is blurred.

    If it’s a “Ready State 4 error” then you have to talk with your hosting support and ask them to disable the Mod Security.

    It is indeed “Ready State 4 error”, we will then contact the hosting support and see if it works, thank you for your help and sorry for the blurred screenshot it was fine when uploaded. Have a wonderful day!
