Issue with SVN tags

    There’s an issue with the structure of the SVN tags. It is very likely an edge case, but I’ll describe it below:

    The tags 1.16 and 1.16.0 are, effectively, the same tag, so when attempting to update to 1.16.0 we are instead pulling 1.16 which is still giving us the incorrect plugin version number.

    I think the solution here would be to push a 1.16.1 which should get it all working again.
