Hi Joe,
If you use the ‘hide other rates when free is available’ option it will hide the paid rates when a free shipping option is available.
Make sure there are no conflicts in the conditions in combination with the zipcodes that are being entered, otherwise the free shipping can be hidden because of it.
Have a great day!
Jeroen
Thanks. We are already using the ‘hide other rates when free is available’ option.
I’ve also confirmed that we don’t have any zipcode login in the conditions for free shipping. Since this is triggered by a coupon we are using the “A valid free shipping coupon” option under the “Free shipping requires…” setting in the zone.
Any other thoughts on this?
Hi Joe,
The option doesn’t work with the other free shipping method – you can actually use this code snippet for that instead; https://gist.github.com/JeroenSormani/38af8a40b235246a75042f3a481d6b25

Unfortunately this still doesn’t fix the issue… even with shipping debug mode enabled (which confirms the correct zone is being used) we still see the paid options and don’t see the free option if there is a corresponding tax rule for the zipcode we are testing.
Hi Joe,
If the free shipping isn’t showing up – and you’re using a WC Core Free shipping rate (that isn’t showing) then I don’t think thats related to this plugin..
Please let me know if I’m missing something.
Cheers,
Jeroen
Hi friend, when I configure your plugin, it shows in cart: “FREE SHIPPING: $0,00” How can I hide “: $0,00” ? I only want to show “FREE SHIPPING”. I’ve tried with CSS with no success, because this way it hides the $ amount for all other payment methods also.
