Issue with Text Widget on WordPress 2.2

    I added additional content (some html codes) to a text widget and then clicked ‘Save Changes’. It gives a message ‘Sidebar updated. View Sites>>’, which I presume is a success message.

    But the content is not being added. Then I removed the original content in the text widget, press ‘Save Changes’. This time, it is really successful.

    Third time round, I added back the original content to the text widget and press ‘Save Changes’. It gives the success message, but the content is actually not saved!!

    Has anyone encountered this? How do I resolve this?

    I’ve spent over an hour and a half searching, and it’s over 2:30am over here….Please help…

    I deactivated the following plugins and it worked:

    Popularity Contest
    Share This
    ST Visualize Advanced Features.

    Not sure which is causing the problem. But I gotta go to bed now! Hope this helps someone out there! 🙂
