Error Message: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘alphaEnabled’)

We’ve been experiencing a problem with the plugin that prevents us from saving our theme customization options when the plugin is enabled. As a result, we’ve had to disable the plugin to maintain the functionality of our theme customization.

Additionally, we’ve noticed that the theme customizer doesn’t work correctly when your plugin is activated. Specifically, only widget options are shown, and other customization settings are not accessible.

We value the features your plugin provides and would like to continue using it without these hindrances. We kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues so that we can fully utilize the plugin.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please try our plugin in freshly installed WordPress with the theme(you are using).

You can also follow the following steps:

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Tried deactivating all plugins and vice versa. Still having the issue with the plugin

Can you please share your theme name? It will help me to recreate the issue on our end.

If you are not using a theme from WordPress Org Theme Repo, please get help through our site.

We have tested the Swatches plugin with the theme you are facing issues with the Customizer. Unfortunately, we are unable to replicate the issue from our end. During my tests, I have recorded my screen: https://www.loom.com/share/48f4320e9a2443729c1c5159a6509f41

The issue is coming from the Paymob plugin. From my inspection, it is not listed on ww.wp.xz.cn. They have added color-picker js forcefully, whereas WordPress core has a built-in library for color picker: https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/functions/wp_enqueue_script/#default-scripts-and-js-libraries-included-and-registered-by-wordpress.

So please contact the plugin author regarding your issue.
