Your System Status report, facebook_for_woocommerce log (located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs), and any plugin-related errors from your debug.log using PasteBin.

If the Pixel is connected to multiple sites, you can control/remove their access from the Pixel Settings > Traffic Permissions section:
