    I’m not able to log in because it doesn’t accept my password. I try to reset the password but no email arrives (tried twice). There is no way to contact TMS unless you are logged in. There appear to be serious usability issues with ticksy.com. If anyone from TMS happens to see this and would like to help me ]redacted]

    Hi dermodwood,

    It might be a bug on ticksy, a platform we are using for support. Try clearing cache or try from an incognito browser. Please, sorry for the inconvenience.
