Issue with Toggle menu

Hi, I m getting an issue with the Toggle menu.
When I reload the page and instantly toggle on to the toggle button, nothing appears. I have to wait about 8/9 seconds to work it properly. I m getting this issue because I have delayed all javascript using a speed optimization plugin. So I want to exclude the JS file used for TOGGLE, from being delayed. Since I don't have much programming knowledge, I m not being able to figure out which JS file is being used for Toggle. So, will you check my site and suggest me which JS file should be excluded from being delayed?
