Hey there,

We have entered our Twitter username in the plugin settings, but it is still showing your username @arjun077 when people try to share through Twitter. Is this a bug? Can we fix it?

Hi,

You need to save the settings after the change. This is definitely not the bug.

Thanks for the response!

I definitely saved the settings. We’ve had our Twitter username in the field for a month now (since I first installed the plugin). Here is a screenshot to show the proof: http://guideinc.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/screenshot.png

If you go to the site, you’ll see that it still pulls your username: http://guideinc.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/screenshot2.png

i think you are using shortcode. you need to add username in twitter_username field.
