Issue with user fields

    I’m using digits wordpress plugin for registrations. I capture name, email and mobile. Though I’m able to send email and mobile data email, I’m not able to send name data. I tried first name, display name shortcodes. Both display empty data in the email. Please help.

    Hi @anilreddy0102,
    Thanks for your message.

    This usually happens when a plugin saves the suer data twice – once initially to create the user and then a second time to update them with additional user meta.
    It’s opossible that you’ll need to use another membership/user registration plugin instead however, to test to see if the notification is working as it should, you should be able to create a new user using the WP Admin, or default ‘Register’ link on the WP Login screen of your site and if the name fields are populated as expected, then you’ll know the ‘Digits’ plugin isn’t working correctly.
