Hi,
If the Logical Relationship on the Main Settings and for all taxonomies are set to AND, then it should work ( if you select Brand + In Stock, then only in Stock Brand should show ).
This is what I can get to work:
– Filtering size and in stock
What doesn’t work:
– Filtering size and brand and in stock
I forgot to mention that all products are variable products with size and color as variant and brand just as a attribute
My settings in the filter are as following:
– Do not show out of stock products
– “Logical relationshop between taxonomies” is set to “AND”
– Show results on the same page
– Brand filter displayed as checkbox and logic is set to “AND”
– Size filter displayed as checkbox and logic is set to “AND”
Hi,
Please send us a link to your website, to the page where you added the product filters, so we can check.
Link to the site is here: https://humlumkjoleforretning.dk/automatisk-kladde/
This should set the filters correctly: https://humlumkjoleforretning.dk/automatisk-kladde/?wpf=filter&wpf_cols=4&wpf_brand=nu&wpf_stoerrelse=xl&wpf_paa-lager=1
The product: “NÜ – Esa elegant blouse” is sold out but once both brand and size is selected, then it shows. If I then unselect brand, then it hides the product
Hi,
Out of Stock products will still show even if Brand + XL is out of stock, but you have the Brand in stock with 2XL size, that’s how WooCommerce / the filter works, if Brand is found in stock, then it will show the product, even if XL is not in stock.
Okay, that explains a lot… Not the answer I was hoping for…
Unfortunately that’s how the logic works. If you need help with anything else, please open a new topic, so we can help.
Have a good day!
