Issue with variable prices

MY client sells products to both government agencies, and open market customers. She has one price for government agencies, and she has another for open markets customers. Normally configuring a product to have two prices, you use variations. For example, i have my attribute created, then i create the two variations, and set the price for each variation. this plugin doesnt have that feature of woocommerce. my database has 64,000 items in it, i cant manually set each one, and it updates monthly. is there a way to set up a variation price for the products like i could in woocommerce?
