    I’m getting the “cannot be verified” error for both the file upload and the DNS update. This is a sub-domain of another domain that I have hosted within the same cPanel account.

    Hi @dmeyerlwam

    If url access to /.well-known/acme-challenge/ folder is restricted on your hosting, we recommend completing DNS verification instead. But please note that you might need to wait few minutes or hours for DNS to propagate before proceeding with verification button.

    If you have correctly added the DNS record, please try clicking on verify button now & see if it succeeds.
