    Hello everyone,

    I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out for some assistance regarding an issue I’ve encountered with my WordPress/WooCommerce setup.

    Previously, I had my WordPress shop integrated with WP MAIL SMTP, using a Microsoft Exchange email account. This setup allowed me to view all outgoing emails (such as order confirmations or invoices) in my email “Sent” folder, and everything was working smoothly.

    Recently, I migrated my server and switched my email provider. Consequently, I terminated the Microsoft Exchange email account and connected WP MAIL SMTP to the new email provider using the updated server and login details. I successfully received the test email, and customers are receiving their emails (order confirmations, invoices, etc.) as expected.

    However, I’m facing an issue where I’m unable to view sent emails in the “Sent” folder of my email provider. I’m puzzled as to whether this is due to the change from Microsoft Exchange to a different email provider. I find it hard to believe that this is the case.

    Can anyone advise me on how to ensure that emails are being sent properly and how I can view them in my email provider’s “Sent” folder? I’d greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions.
