Issue with Woocommerce Subscriptions

We are using this plugin in conjunction with WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

Our subscription based product has a Recurring Fee (variable) and a Sign up Fee (£35). When 2 products are added to the basket, an automatic discount of 10% is applied to the Recurring Fee, the Sign Up Fee will be £35 x 2 (£70).

If another coupon is entered, in our case to remove the Recurring Fee for 1 month, the 10% recurring fee should still remain for all future payments.

However, despite the first month recurring fee being removed, the 10% discount value is being deducted from the signup fee.

We have made sure that both coupons only apply to the Recurring Fee in the settings.
